Claudio Vigani bought a five-bedroom, three bath at 3321 Alcudia Bay Ave. in Enterprise from Deutsche Bank for $310,000 on May 2.

Deutsche Bank foreclosed on the property in Nov. 2007. Hisham Fakih paid $563,000 for it in 2005.

The 3,134 square foot house, which is in the San Niccolo North at Southern Highlands subdivision, was built in 2004.

Vigani has worked as restaurant manager and sommelier of Drai's On The Strip at Barbary Coast Hotel Casino in Las Vegas. He also worked as wine director of Alize in the Palms Casino Resort.

Drai's On The Strip is the brainchild of former Hollywood producer, Victor Drai, who owns property at 4575 Dean Martin Dr. in Paradise.

Home sales Enterprise dropped 24 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also fell from $307,000 to $240,000.
