Pamela B. Steinke sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 11213 Pergola Point Court in Las Vegas to Craig and Christina Vanmossevelde for $376,355 on July 3.

The 2,320 square foot house, which was built in 1999, is in the Arbor View subdivision.

Steinke is a photographer that works out of her home studio in Summerlin. She shoots around the Greater Las Vegas area.

She has been studying photography and specializing in portraiture for the past nine years. She does collages, storyboards, holiday cards, custom cards, birth announcements and canvasses.

She and Brian Steinke bought a home at 2025 Evening Glow Drive in Las Vegas in 1998.

Home sales in Las Vegas increased four percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price dropped from $275,000 to $230,000.
