Kyle G. Bohan and his wife, Lisa, sold a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath home at 9760 Northern Dancer Drive in Las Vegas to Karen D. Merich, and Robert and Carmella Dadario, for $302,500 on June 27.

Mr. Bohan bought the property for $192,500 in April 2003. The 2,017 square foot house, built in 1997, is in the Ascot Park subdivision.

Bohan has worked as director of warehouse operations at DeLuca Liquor & Wine, Ltd, a Las Vegas-based beverage distributor. He also serves in the same capacity for Silver State Liquor & Wine in Aparks, a sister company.

He graduated from Purdue University in 1990.

Home sales in Las Vegas increased four percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price dropped from $275,000 to $230,000.
