Tamara Harless and her husband, Donald, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 2735 Turtlebay Avenue in Henderson from US Bank for $300,000 on June 30.

US Bank foreclosed on the property in January. Gregory and Jeanne Forrest paid $251,000 for it in 2003.

The 2,295 square foot house, which was built in 1993, is in Sandalwood subdivision.

Mrs. Harless works as an office administrator for the Las Vegas law firm of Thomas Christensen, which she joined in 1996.

She has a degree in paralegal studies and is a member of The Association of Legal Administrators and the paralegal division of the American Association for Justice (formerly the Association of American Trial Lawyers of America).

Mr. Harless is the operations manager at Eagle Rock Gaming, Inc., a Vegas-headquartered local route operator of gaming devices for bars, taverns, convenience stores, grocery stores and other establishments.

Home sales in Henderson dropped 21 percent in 2008 versus sales in 2007. The median sales price fell from $328,000 to $279,000.
