Soap actress settles in Cheviot Hills for $1.617M

Medium b1277bf13ebbcf491dc60221db64f87a Tasia Valenza Stern and husband, Harvey, bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 3009 Danalda Dr. in Cheviot Hills from Harvey and Maxine Cooper for $1.617 million on June 30.

The 3,847-square-foot house was built in 1952.

Mrs. Stern is a former Emmy-nominated TV actress who appeared on the daytime dramas "All My Children" and "The Bold and Beautiful." She also done voice work in commercials and on the animated shows "The Wild Thornberrys," "Duck Dodgers" and "Danger Rangers."

Mr. Stern is a lawyer in Culver City.

There were 60 home sales in Cheviot Hills in 2008, with median sales price of $1.415 million.
