L.A. Lakers' business operations exec. spends $1.83M

Medium 0bd4c3d0cab00e87762a3bc7900e4473 Jeanie Buss bought a four-bedroom, four-bath home at 11 Chatham in Manhattan Beach from Karen M. Pavone and Stephen D. Pavone for $1.83 million on Feb. 25.

The 3,263-square-foot house, built in 1983, is in East Manhattan Beach.

Ms. Buss, daughter of Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss, serves as the executive vice president of business operations for the L.A. Lakers.

Mr. Pavone has served as president for T.G. Construction Inc., a regional general contractor with offices in El Segundo and Newbury Park.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 256 home sales in Manhattan Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $1.4 million.
