UCLA law dean lists Westwood condo for $1.299M

Medium 1152efd8571a04fb4e50b35081be2bbd Michael H. Schill has listed for sale the three-bedroom, 3.5-bath Unit #NO901 at 10660 Wilshire Blvd. in Westwood for $1.299 million.

Schill paid $1.23 million for the property in Aug. 2004. The 2,608-square-foot Unit #NO901 is in Wilshire Manning, a condominium development built in 1980.

Jonathan Sands of Sotheby's International Realty Affiliates LLC is the listing agent for the condo.

Schill is the dean of the UCLA School of Law, and a professor at the school as well. He specializes in real estate and housing policy, deregulation, finance and discrimination.

He's also served on the faculty at the New York University School of Law and as a professor of urban planning at New York University's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. He has also lectured at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Law School.

He earned his J.D. from Yale Law School and his bachelor's from Princeton University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 133 condo sales in Westwood in 2008, with a median price of $625,000.
