Joseph Pytka has listed for sale a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 5423 Black Oak Dr. in Griffith Park/Los Feliz for $3.249 million.

The 2,255-square-foot house was built in 1922.

Benjamin Bacal of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent for the property.

Pytka is a filmmaker and a director of more than 5,000 television commercials. He directed the 1996 animated smash Space Jam with Michael Jordan and also directed the music videos for Michael Jackson hits like "The Way You Make Me Feel" and "Dirty Diana."

He's also selling a nine-bedroom home in Hollywood for $9.995 million.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 125 home sales in Griffith Park/Los Feliz in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $872,500.
