Leslie Kavanaugh of Sotheby's International Realty-Beverly Hills Brokerage is the listing agent. The 11,544-square-foot house was built in 2007.

Mr. Wiatt is the president and co-CEO of the William Morris Agency, an entertainment talent agency. Before that he was co-chairman and co-CEO of International Creative Management, a talent and literacy agency.

He graduated from USC.

Ms. Wiatt is the co-founder at Fashionology LA, a retailing company and is a board member of the Natural Resources Defense Council and the Fulfillment Fund.
