Mr. Vlahovic is a professor in the department of physics at North Carolina Central University.

He was awarded the Oliver Max Gardner Award by the University of North Carolina Board of Governors for his research and work with minority undergraduate students in the areas of science and education.

He earned his master's and Ph.D. from Zagreb University in Croatia.

Dr. Valhovic is an oncologist and associate professor in Duke University Medical Center's department of medicine in North Carolina. She specializes in esophageal and lung cancer.

She also received her M.D. from Zagreb University.

54 W. 74th St. has 62 units in six floors. Sales in the building dropped from two to one from 2006-2007. The median sales price rose 81 percent, from $405,500 to $735,000.

Condo sales in Lincoln Square are up 14 percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price also went up from $1.2 million to $1.5 million.
