Italo Gregorio bought the one-bedroom, one bath Unit #N3L at 555 W. 23rd St. in Chelsea for $765,000 from James Cavallaro on July 7.

The 14-story building was built in 1905 and houses 336 units.

Gregorio is the lead hair stylist for Victoria's Secret. He was a judge on last year's VH1 reality show, "The Shot," in which 10 aspiring photographers competed for the chance to be a high-profile fashion photographer.

Condo sales at 555 W. 23rd Street dropped 85 percent last year, from 272 sales in 2006 to only 39 in 2007. The median sales price increased 42 percent, from $697,500 in 2006 to $995,000 in 2007.
