Bank director, researcher spend $2.255M in SoHo

Gregory Lellouche and Erika Kingetsu bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 129 Crosby St. in SoHo from Noel Weber for $2.255 million on July 9.

Unit #2E is in a co-op building at the corner of Jersey Street.

Lellouche has served as a director at UBS Investment Bank.

He also spent time as an associate with investment bank Lehman Brothers and Transcapital.

Kingetsu has worked in the research sales division of Morgan Stanley.

129 Crosby St., which was built in 1910, has 13 units in seven floors. There were no sales in the building in 2007.

Condo sales in SoHo were up seven percent in 2007 versus sales in 2006. The median sales price went up 35 percent, from $1.7 million to $2.4 million.
