Dr. Algrid Mameniskis and Hilary Mameniskis have listed for sale their six-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 515 W. Gravers Lane in Chestnut Hill for $1.795 million.

The Mameniskises paid $1.281 million for the property in Nov. 2005. The 9,500-square-foot home was built in 1903.

Dr. Mameniskis is an aesthetic surgeon at Rittenhouse Plastic Surgery of Philadelphia. He is also on the medical staff of Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Thomas Jefferson University Hospital Methodist Division, Nazareth Hospital and Holy Redeemer Hospital and Surgery Center.

In addition to his practice, he also is a clinical instructor in general surgery and plastic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania and Thomas Jefferson University.

He received his M.D. from the Temple University School of Medicine and completed his residency in surgery and plastic surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.

Ms. Mameniskis is a volunteer for Chestnut Hill Meals on Wheels, a meal delivery service serving the Chestnut Hill and Springfield Township communities.

There were 87 sales in Chestnut Hill in 2008, with a median sales price of $425,000.
