Emmanuel Skordalakes and Erik Olsen sold a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1001 Chestnut St. in Center City East to Avni Badami and Jinali Patel for $405,000 on June 26.

Skordalakes and Olsen paid $410,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 1,016-square-foot Unit #305E is part of Victory condo development, which was built in 2006.

Skordalakes is a research assistant professor and structural biologist at The Wistar Institute.

He received his Ph.D. from The Wistar Institute.

Sales at the Victory were down 81.8 percent from 2007-2008. The median sales price also fell 26.8 percent during that same time period.

There were 305 condo sales in Center City East in 2008, with a median sales price of $329,543.
