Ohio trauma surgeon settles for Roxborough 3BD

Medium a954e5d472f94e312e385c9c915ad4fc Dr. Douglas B. Paul Sr. and Ann D. Paul bought a three-bedroom, one-bath home at 319 Thyme Lane in Roxborough from Dr. Raymond F. Conway, III, and Emily W. Lai for $280,000 on June 26.

Conway and Lai paid $240,000 for the property in June 2004. The 1,440-square-foot house was built in 1995.

Dr. Paul is critical care and trauma surgeon at Gem City Surgical Associates in Dayton, Ohio, who also specializes in trauma surgery.

Dr. Conway an emergency practitioner, is medical director of emergency services of the Ambulatory Care Physicians at Cooley Dickinson Hospital in Northampton, Massachusetts.

He received his M.D. from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara and completed his residency in internal medicine at Berkshire Medical Center.

There were 213 home sales in the Richmond Hill in 2008, with a median sales price of $393,000.
