Lrg Investments LLC paid $160,000 for the property in April 2012. The 1,458-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Hilly is a pharma associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was previously an intern.

He attended Penn State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 230 home sales in Schuylkill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $280,000.
