The Raabs paid $319,900 for the property in March 2009. The 634-square-foot house was built in 1960 in Wharton.

Dr. Caruso is a resident anesthesiologist at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

He holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from Colgate University and an M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 44 home sales in Wharton during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $223,500.
