David H. Faux and Kaori Kato-Faux bought a home at 72-20 Loubet St. in Forest Hills for $710,000 from Francesco Clemenza on June 1.

Clemenza paid $460,000 for the property in May 2008. The 1,240-square-foot home, which was built in 1925, is in Forest Hills neighborhood.

Mr. Faux is a director of business affairs at Dramatists Guild of America Inc., a professional association of artists based in New York City.

He is also a lawyer with his own law firm, The Law Office of David H. Faux. He attended the University of California–Santa Barbara and Connecticut College. He received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.

There were 162 home sales in Forest Hills in 2008, with a median price of $600,000.
