The home was built in 1935.

Zagor is the executive VP and chief operating officer with Staten Island Mental Health Society. He also currently serves as secretary at Clinical Directors Network Inc., a practice-based research network in New York.

There were 167 sales in Breezy Point/Belle Harbor/Rockaway Park/Broad Channel in 2008, with a median price of $467,500.
