Citi financial analyst buys Woodside home

Medium 770de097e704af2bd7df601febd7c390 Tarique Mahmood and Rezwana Mahmood bought a two-story home at 61-25 Broadway in Woodside from the U.S. Bank National Association for $435,000 on May 21.

U.S. Bank previously foreclosed on the property in March 2008. The 1,320-square-foot house was built in 1925.

Mr. Mahmood is a senior financial analyst at Citi in New York City. He's also served as an assistant vice president at Merrill Lynch and junior analyst at JPMorgan.

He graduated from City University of New York–Hunter College.

There were 60 home sales in Woodside in 2008, with median sales price of $515,000.
