Yanna R. Almonte bought a six-bedroom, two-bath home at 102-08 32nd Ave. in Queens from Laura Huerta for $400,000 on Feb. 27.

Huerta paid $665,000 for the property in September 2005. The home, built in 1910, is in East Elmhurst.

Almonte is the senior accountant at Jamamica Hospital Medical Center. Previously, she was a senior auditor at BDO USA LLP.

She attended City University of New York-Baruch College Zicklin School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 7,066 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $404,500.
