Medium 74b5b2a6b56c8a28ac8731688af0f252 Roger Teurfs sold a three-bedroom, one-bath townhome at 89-08 31st Ave. in Queens to Eduardo Menezes and Micheli R. Menezes for $401,000 on June 20.

Teurfs is a principal at Consultant. He previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officer at Hamptons State Bank.
