The 3,500-square-foot home was built in 1965.

Liwush is the owner of Kal Manufacturing, a prototype contract fabricator.

He attended the Rochester Institute of Technology.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 90 home sales in Williamson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $107,000.
