Marcin Trelinski bought a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 1512 Five Mile Line Road in Penfield from Carolyn C. Wise for $125,000 on March 1.

Carolyn C. Wise paid $107,000 for the property in December 2002. The 1,222-square-foot house was built in 1955.

Trelinski is a test engineer at Paychex, a payroll and human resource service company. Prior to this, Trelinski worked as a tester at Xerox, a junior development engineer at EMA Design Automation and eBusiness team co-op at Garlock Sealing Technologies.

Trelinski earned a bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and associate degree in engineering science from Monroe Community College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 429 home sales in Penfield during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $170,000.
