Eva Kovach bought a two-bedroom, 1.5-bath home at 15 Milton Road in Waterford from Alma I. Rebmann for $185,000 on May 20.

The 1,440-square-foot house was built in 1966.

Kovach is the head coach of the women's rowing team of Connecticut College. She is also the associate director of athletics, senior woman administrator and adjunct associate professor of physical education.

She graduated from Clark University in Worcester, Mass.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 199 home sales in Waterford during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $194,000.
