Anthony Guillaro bought a new four-bedroom, five bath at 219 Venetian Dr. in Delray Beach for $1,039,750 from Phoenix Industries At Venetian Drive LLC on Jan. 30, 2006.

Phoenix Industries built the house in 2005.

The 4,155 square foot home was listed for $1.495 million.

Guillaro is the president of Phoenix Industries, a home development company based in West Harrison, N.Y. He founded the company in 1989, building custom homes in Westchester County, N.Y., and Fairfield, Conn., and then began developing condos in North Palm Beach.

Home sales in Delray Beach dropped more than 30 percent in 2007. The median sales price dropped from $244,000 to $239,000.
