Richard James Dlesk Sr. and his wife, Sharon, sold their five-bedroom, six bath at 431 Savoie Dr. in Palm Beach Gardens for $1.9 million to Hodge Properties Group Inc. on July 2.

The Dlesks bought the home for $1,631,376 in Feb. 2004, the same year it was built.

Mr. Dlesk currently serves as president of Mail America, a printing company he co-founded with his wife in 1993 in Wheeling, W.V.

Home sales in Palm Beach Gardens are down nearly 14 percent in 2008. The median sales price has also fallen from $320,000 in 2007 to $290,000 so far this year.
