Real estate exec lists Palm Beach 6BD for $24M

Medium d3a5dc1a13dc1d58bfeed6df35541f4e Craig and Michele Millard have listed for sale a six-bedroom, 8.5-bath home at 340 Polmer Park in Palm Beach for $24 million.

The Millards paid $9.625 million for the 7,337-square-foot property in May 2001. It was built in 1969 in the Palm Beach North neighborhood. Wally Turner of Sotheby's International Realty is the listing agent.

Mr. Millard is the principal at Texas Gulf & Harbor Ltd., a private real estate company. He was previously was the president at Merrill Lynch Real Estate and the chairman and owner of Prudential Preferred Properties Real Estate. He serves as vice board chairman at the International Centre For Missing & Exploited Children.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 245 home sales in Palm Beach in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $775,000.
