Ellen Erenstein and her husband, Marc, sold their home at 11822 NW 11th Place in Coral Springs for $575,000 to Brian E. Renaud and his wife, Jennifer, on June 16.

The Erensteins bought the house for $416,654 in Sept. 2000.

Mrs. Erenstein is the owner of Ellen Erenstein and Associates, a Coral Springs-based firm that provides retirement planning services.

Home sales in Coral Springs have dropped 24.4 percent thus far in 2008. The median sale price, however, has risen from $291,000 in 2007 to $304,000 thus far in 2008.
