Lorenzo Pozzan and his wife, Sara Bragagia, bought a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 5600 Manor Oak Ave. in Hollywood for $1.185 million from Oliver and Rosemarie Heller on Jan. 25, 2006.

The Hellers paid $800,000 for the home in Oct. 2002.

The 4,524 square foot home was listed for $1.249 million.

Mr. Pozzan is the chief designer for Lorenzo Pozzan Italy, a luxury watch company with U.S. offices in Miami.

Sara Bragagia is the president of L.P.J. LLC, the company that designs, manufactures and distributes the Lorenzo Pozzan Italy line.

Home sales in Hollywood dropped more than 30 percent in 2007. The median sales price also dropped from $266,000 in 2006 to $256,000 last year.
