Frederick R. MacLean Sr. and Dolores W. Sterling sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1390 S. Ocean Blvd. Unit #11D in Pompano Beach to Randy Gargiulo for $360,000 on Nov. 16.

The unit is part of The Wittington condominiums. The condo development is located in Pompano Beach East and was built in 1971.

MacLean is founding partner at Heritage Investment Group and at MacLean & Ema law firm. He is a former president of the Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce and Pompany Economic Group. Also, he is an active leader in the community, and a member of a local Rotary club.

He holds a bachelor degree from Johns Hopkins University, his Chartered Life Underwriter designation and a J.D., cum laude, from University of Miami.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,975 condo sales in Pompano Beach during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $88,750.
