Attorney gets $560K for his Creve Coeur 4BD

Keith J. Grady and his wife, Susan B. Fallek, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath at 251 Chamonix Ct. in Creve Coeur for $560,000 from Dr. Solanki Nareshkumar and his wife, Lata, on May 13.

The 3,688 square foot property was built in 1968.

Grady serves as chair of the intellectual property litigation practice group at Polsinelli Shalton Flanigan Suelhaus PC in St. Louis. He is also a shareholder in the commercial and business litigation practice group.

He previously served as an assistant attorney general in the Litigation Division of the Missouri Attorney General's Office and clerked for a handful of local judges.

He holds a J.D. from Hamline University and a B.A. from Tulane University.

Dr. Solanki is a pediatrician who practices at Westside Pediatrics. He is also affiliated with Progress West HealthCare Center and St. Louis Children's Hospital.

He received his M.D. from the University of Nairobi in Kenya, Africa. He completed his internship at the Kenya Internship State University of New York and his residency at Cardinal Glennon Memorial Hospital in St. Louis.

Home sales in Creve Coeur rose 10.7 percent thus far in 2008. However, median sale price dropped from $511,000 in 2007 to $376,000 so far this year.
