The Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) has awarded the Meritorious Budget Award for excellence in the preparation and issuance of a 2010-11 school system annual budget to Community High School District 128. The Meritorious Budget Awards Program was designed by ASBO International and school business management professionals to enable school business administration to achieve excellence in budget presentation. The program helps school systems build a solid foundation in skills of developing, analyzing and presenting a budget. This is the second year the award has been given, and the second year District 128 has been honored.
