There are so many properties on the market in Baltimore. Despite the amazing interest mortgage rates and increased buyer traffic, we have still yet to see anything more than a slight increase in home prices.

The increase is nothing more than the asking prices creeping slowly closer to the CONTRACT prices. In DC, properties are starting to skyrocket. I advise my clients to spend wisely and buy real estate in Maryland as opposed to the over inflated DC market.
