Silvana was able to get another steal of a deal with her tough negotiation tactics in Dupont Circle in Washington DC. This house was originally listed for 820k and sold for 650K. When you overprice a home you end up selling for a lot less than what the homes true value is. Price is the most important component in real estate. List it too high and the property gets stigmatized and undesirable.
