Former Congressman and publisher Edward Keating owned this house in 1961. He was a U.S. Representative representing Colorado from 1913 to 1919. Keating also was the editor and manager of Labor, the official weekly newspaper of the associated railroad labor organizations until his retirement in 1953. He passed away in 1963.
