TOP 3 things a buyer can do to get their offers CHOSEN!
by Patrick Mace published Jun. 09, 2011
*Bid a reasonable price.
-Sellers are more likely to be very
rigid with low offers.
*Eliminate contingencies.
-Banks and sellers DO NOT WANT TO SEE
INSPECTIONS, APPRAISALS or
contingencies attatched to an offer.
Eliminate them if it is possible to do
so.
* Request turnaround timeframes.
-If a seller has an unlimited time to
sign and respond to your offer, that
can give the seller a good amount of
time to fish around for OTHER
qualified buyers!
I hope you liked my advice. I saved my best tip for last; USE AN EXPERIENCED BUYERS AGENT. I have been a Realtor since 2002 and know this market. My service has always been free for buyers.
