Colonel Leo Codd was the editor of the Army Ordinance Association in 1961 when he owned this house.The American Ordinance Association was devoted to peace through industrial preparedness for defense. He served the association from 1923 until his retirement in 1963. The American Ordinance Association is now known as the NDIA.
