The market never stops changing but y BUYERS tend to do very well. I am also a listing agent with an 'A+' rating in homes-sold.
Working with a vast range of buyers and negotiating effectively to get them their BEST possible deals, as well as selling my listings well ahead of the neighborhood average, are why end result is success following a career that I am constantly learning and developing from. For me, every step along the way is what I look forward to. I enjoy it all; meeting new clients, listening to what they are looking for and going after it with my knowledge and tactics. In the end my clients end up in their dream home but at a price that they thought wasn't possible.
