Country singer, Chris Cagle, sold this house in 2003. He moved to Nashville in 1994 and worked several years in a restaurant where he was discovered by an administrative assistant for Virgin Records. Cagle's 2000 debut single, "My Love Goes On and On" peaked in the Top 20 on the country charts.
