Brilliant political theorist lived in this building

Teacher and political theorist Hannah Arendt lived in this building in 1967. She taught political science and philosophy at the New School for Social Research and the University of Chicago. She was widely recognized as a brilliant and original thinker. Her most influential work may have been "The Human Condition" (1958). Arendt passed away in 1975.
