This unit is nicely updated and has a unique floor plan, as it is one of 4 units in the building. This particular one is laid out mostly on the main floor and has a 2nd story loft. Not sure if the situation has changed, but in the past this building was a codo where the association folded and was no longer in existence. Therefore there were no shared wall agreements in effect which could potentially cause major problems if you needed access to another unit to fix leaky plumbing or electrical issues.
