Michelle and Robt Frolich sold a home at 501 Turner Ave. in Glen Ellyn to Karen K. Evans for $470,000 on Aug. 11.

The Frolichs paid $500,000 for the 1,713-square-foot home in June 2005. It was built in 1924 in the Glen Ellyn North neighborhood.

Ms. Frolich serves as a senior account manager at MSI, a non-profit research company. She was previously account executive at French West Vaughan, a private marketing and advertising firm.

She holds a degree in business and marketing from Coastal Carolina University (1993).

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 240 home sales in Glen Ellyn in 2008, with a median sales price of $327,500.
