Suzanne L. Spagnola sold a one-bath home at 4031 Forest Ave. in Brookfield to Anthony J. Sprovier for $362,500 on Sept. 4.

Spagnola acquired the property for $160,000 in March 2000. The 1,321-square-foot house, which was built in 1930, is in the Central Brookfield/Downtown neighborhood.

Spagnola serves as a manager with the McDonald's Corp. and as an ACS project manager at M-Tech Technology. Previously, she was a user access manager with McDonald's and a project manager at ACS Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 151 sales in Brookfield in 2008, with a median price of $225,000.
