Dr. Kathryn Chang Delfs bought a two-bath home at 1413 Tower Road in Winnetka from Robert and Kristine Schriesheim for $590,000 on Sept. 4.

The 2,698-square-foot house, which was built in 1930, is in the Edgewood Park Winnetka neighborhood.

Dr. Delfs is a dentist in in Chicago. She is the Chicago Invisalign Study Club head and one of 21 faculty members of the Aligntech Institute. Prior to this, she served as a clinical instructor at Northwestern University Dental School and was an attending resident at the Michael Reese Hospital general residency program.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 144 sales in Winnetka in 2008, with a median price of $892,500.
