Chris and Kimberly Martorano sold a three-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1524 S. Sangamon St. in University Village to David and Emily Kim for $360,000 on Sept. 8.

The Martoranos paid $289,000 for the property in Jan. 2009. It is one of 186 condos at the 1524 S. Sangamon Lofts development, which was built in 2005.

Mr. Martorano is the president of the Chicago Mortgage Group Inc.

He attended Butler University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 284 home sales in University Village in 2008, with a median sales price of $325,000.
