The Lorges paid $647,000 for the property in Nov. 2005. The 1,607-square-foot house was built in 1891.

Cascarano is a sales training consultant and an associate practice executive at Campbell Alliance, a management consulting firm which specializes in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. Prior to that, she was a manager of learning and professional development at Navigant Consulting, a banking education specialist at Promontory Interfinancial Network and an analyst at Accenture.

She earned her bachelor's in finance and marketing from Lehigh University in 2000.

Johnson serves as a senior mechanical engineer at Motorola Inc.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 2,061 home sales in Lake View in 2008, with a median sales price of $335,000.
