Aran Connolly and Wendy Burg bought a one-bath, 1,193-square-foot home at 860 Surryse Road in Lake Zurich from Charles and Jennifer Blake for $260,000 on Sept. 8.

The Blakes paid $245,000 for the property in Oct. 2007. The 1,193-square-foot home was built in 1970 in the Old Mill Grove subdivision.

Connolly is a school psychology specialist.

He received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Western Illinois University.
