Recruiter spends $1.85M on Highland Park home

Medium 911783cac1c7697e739094c0ca01e5aa Kisha Mani and Subash Mani bought a three-bath home at 436 Lakeside Manor Road in Highland Park from Tim and Linda Turner for $1.85 million.

The Turners bought the property for $2,155,552 on Aug. 2002. The 5,423-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Highland Park East neighborhood.

Mr. Mani is a recruiter at Ricks & Ray Partners in Chicago.

He was a recruiter at Citadel Investment Group and also worked as a research associate for financial services at Heidrick & Struggles.

He attended Loyola University of Chicago and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 240 home sales in Highland Park in 2008, with median sales price of $432,430.
