Daniel B. Laubhan and Maria Perez Laubhan sold a home at 1403 Turks Cap Road in Grayslake to Countryside Landfill Inc. for $407,565 on Sept. 18.

The Laubhans bought the property for $369,785 in February 2004. The 2,031-square-foot house was built in 2004 at Prairie Crossing subdivision in the neighborhood of Grayslake South.

Mr. Laubhan has been director and senior counsel at Discover Financial Services in Chicago.

Ms. Laubhan is a political science/social sciences instructor at the College of Lake County.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 230 home sales in Grayslake in 2008, with a median sales price of $232,000.
